Terms and Conditions - Stay More Promotion
PROPERTY & CANCELLATION POLICIES With the relevant documentation provided to The Villas at Sunset Lane, cancellation is penalty free if it results from: • Imposed travel and/or border restrictions beyond your control • Hurricane or storm related force majeure that makes it impossible for you to travel as scheduled OTHERWISE FOR: • Travelers who cancel 14 days or more before the day of check-in are charged no fee. • Travelers who cancel between 14 and 7 days before the day of check-in are charged 50% of the booking amount plus taxes. • Travelers who cancel less than 7 days before the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount inclusive of taxes. Special Promotion: • All bookings made with a special discounted rate (indicated as special in the rate listing) are subject to a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's stay. We recommend that the appropriate travel insurance is purchased to protect you in the eventuality of sudden cancellations Full payment of any outstanding balance is required at the time of check in.
